Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (business days exclude weekends/holidays).

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Items stocked in our U.S. partner warehouses typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment.

Some items ship from our international partner facilities and typically arrive in 8–21 business days after shipment.

International (outside the U.S.): Most orders arrive in 10–28 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Important notes

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, and customs can cause delays.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to begin updating after you receive your number.

Multiple packages: Items in the same order may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

Shipping rates & taxes: Any shipping charges are shown at checkout. International orders may incur import duties/taxes at delivery; these are the customer’s responsibility.

Address issues: Please ensure your address is accurate. Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped once you confirm the correct address; additional shipping fees may apply.
Late, lost, or stuck shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at support@tidechaser.online.

If a shipment is confirmed lost or remains in transit beyond 45 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international) from dispatch, we’ll refund or reship—your choice.
