Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (business days exclude weekends/holidays).

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery timeframes

  • United States:

    • Items stocked in our U.S. partner warehouses typically arrive in 3–7 business days after shipment.

    • Some items ship from our international partner facilities and typically arrive in 8–21 business days after shipment.

  • International (outside the U.S.): Most orders arrive in 10–28 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Important notes

  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, and customs can cause delays.

  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to begin updating after you receive your number.

  • Multiple packages: Items in the same order may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

  • Shipping rates & taxes: Any shipping charges are shown at checkout. International orders may incur import duties/taxes at delivery; these are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address issues: Please ensure your address is accurate. Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped once you confirm the correct address; additional shipping fees may apply.

Late, lost, or stuck shipments

  • If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at support@tidechaser.online.

  • If a shipment is confirmed lost or remains in transit beyond 45 days (U.S.) or 60 days (international) from dispatch, we’ll refund or reship—your choice.
